Former Congresswoman Eva Clayton’s visionary leadership as the founder of the Eva Clayton Rural Food Institute reflects her lifelong commitment to eliminating rural hunger and strengthening food systems in underserved communities. Under the direction of Executive Director Earline Middleton, the Institute continues to advance this mission through innovative programs that empower rural families and small farmers.
