Eva Clayton Rural Food Institute Launches Family and Food Program



Take a moment to learn more about the Sweet Grass Plates Nutrition Wellness Program that has been launched by our Eva Clayton Rural Food Institute.


This is a 12 month wellness program and families will receive:


  • 8 sessions covering wellness, and “good” food (Cooking class/demostrations included)

  • Wellness assessments for the entire family

  • 16 food boxes over 12 months with recipes

  • Other food related tools and supplies


Families must sign up and register for the program.
