Sarah Hall has served the North Carolina public for more than 20 years. She joined IEI in 2010 and was named IEI’s Director in January 2023. Sarah provides insight and support for multi-sector programs, including IEI’s annual Emerging Issues Forum, and engages key stakeholders on issues important to North Carolina’s vibrancy and economic competitiveness.

 

Prior to joining IEI, Sarah worked at the NC Division of Public Health, the NC Department of Public Instruction and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill on adolescent health issues. Sarah received her Master of Public Health from the University at Albany, is a TBJ 40 Under 40 (2013) and an alumnus of Leadership North Carolina (XIX). She has been a Wake County Guardian ad Litem volunteer with children in foster care since 2010.
