Alexis Hoyt, MPH is a public health professional with more than ten years of
experience advancing health equity at the intersection of healthcare, community
partnerships, and food systems. As Program Manager at Reinvestment Partners, Alexis
supports the implementation and growth of Eat Well Rx, a program that connects
healthcare delivery with healthy food access and addresses food insecurity as a social
driver of health. In this role, Alexis works with healthcare and community partners to
strengthen program implementation, support enrollment, use data to monitor outcomes,
and translate program results into actionable insights.

Alexis previously worked with UNC Health, supporting five hospitals in quality
improvement initiatives focused on social drivers of health and disparities in care, and
with the American Cancer Society, where she partnered with more than 20 federally
qualified health centers across North Carolina. Alexis brings a systems-oriented
perspective to rural health, with a particular interest in how healthcare, food access, and
community-based partnerships can work together to improve health outcomes and
advance equity.
