Lisa McKeithan is a public health leader and healthcare consultant with more than a decade of experience advancing rural health systems through policy, workforce strategy, and community-driven health initiatives. She brings a unique blend of clinical insight, research expertise, and policy acumen to strengthen population health, patient safety, and system sustainability across underserved communities.

 

Lisa spent 10 years as a healthcare administrator at a Federally Qualified Health Center, where she led multidisciplinary teams, strengthened clinical operations, and implemented recruitment and retention strategies to expand access to care in high-need rural and underserved populations. Her work has focused on leveraging data, partnerships, and evidence-based strategies to improve health outcomes and support organizational and community sustainability.

 

Currently, Lisa works in public health consulting and statewide health initiatives, supporting rural health systems, hospitals, and community partners in building workforce pipelines and aligning policy with population health priorities. She regularly collaborates with multi-sector partners to translate data into actionable strategies that drive system transformation and community health improvement. Lisa is a passionate advocate for equitable access to high-quality healthcare and believes strong rural health systems are essential to economic stability, community resilience, and workforce vitality.
