Paul Ross is the Executive Director of the Triangle North Healthcare Foundation, where he drives strategic, programmatic, and organizational efforts to support health and wellness across the four-county Triangle North region.

Throughout his career, Ross has worked to provide impactful community and organizational leadership. He previously served as the Chief Executive Officer of the Henderson Family YMCA for over 11 years, overseeing comprehensive operations and community outreach. His diverse background also includes a 26-year legal career, serving as the Executive Director of the North Carolina Judicial Standards Commission, working as a partner in private legal practice, and as a practitioner and instructor in alternative dispute resolution.

A dedicated civic leader, Ross is the immediate past Chair for the Maria Parham Health Board of Trustees. He holds a Bachelor of Science from North Carolina State University and a Juris Doctor from the Campbell University School of Law. In recognition of his contributions to the legal system, he was honored with the North Carolina Supreme Court’s Amicus Curiae (Friend of the Court) award.
