Jinni Tang, PhD, MPH, CHES, is a Postdoctoral Researcher with the Duke Rural Health Equity Hub at Duke University School of Nursing. She is a behavioral scientist and implementation researcher specializing in health equity, maternal and child health, and women's health. Her work uses implementation science and mixed-methods research to evaluate and improve evidence-based programs, healthcare delivery systems, and community-engaged interventions in underserved populations. Dr. Tang's research focuses on reducing health disparities and improving access to quality care through partnerships with healthcare systems and communities.
